Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By downloading or using WorldTab (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent.

2. License

Kyle Zhu grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial bookkeeping purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell, sublicense, or otherwise misuse the App or its content.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

4. Your Data

You own the records and content you enter into the App. You grant Kyle Zhu only the limited rights necessary to store, sync, and display your data to operate the App. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple Inc. or Google LLC under their respective policies and applicable consumer law.
• Kyle Zhu reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

6. Not Financial Advice

WorldTab is a personal bookkeeping tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. Exchange rates displayed are for informational purposes only, may be delayed or inaccurate, and must not be relied upon for financial transactions or investment decisions. All financial decisions are your sole responsibility.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kyle Zhu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Kyle Zhu's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Kyle Zhu may suspend or terminate your access for material violations of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

Kyle Zhu may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where local consumer protection law provides you stronger rights, those rights apply. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
